Powder
Powder is a series of five works by Riccardo Wolfgang that captures the serene, expansive qualities of snow-covered alpine landscapes. Each composition—from Off-piste to Ski lift—presents sparse evergreen forests emerging from vast white fields, creating a sense of isolation and scale. The works employ a restrained palette and delicate detailing to evoke the quiet majesty of high-altitude winter environments. Created in 2025, the series demonstrates Wolfgang's interest in minimalist landscape representation and the interplay between negative space and carefully rendered natural forms.
